    Market development: Identify and explore new overseas market opportunities, formulate market entry strategies, and promote sales growth;

    Customer relationship management: Establish and maintain good relationships with key customers, ensure customer satisfaction, and explore potential business opportunities;

    Team management: Lead and guide overseas teams, ensure the achievement of team goals, and provide training and support to enhance team performance;

    Market analysis: Conduct market research and analysis, understand competitors and industry trends, and provide data support for the company's decision-making;

    Budget management: Formulate and manage regional business budgets to ensure the effective utilization of resources and cost control;

    Cross-departmental collaboration: Work closely with departments such as product, marketing, and logistics to ensure the smooth progress of business.

    Education: Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in international Trade, marketing or related fields is preferred.

    Experience: More than 3 years of overseas market sales or management experience. Candidates with relevant industry background are preferred.

    Language proficiency: Fluent oral and written English skills. Proficiency in other foreign languages is preferred.

    Skill:

    Outstanding communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

    Strong market analysis ability and strategic thinking.

    Be able to adapt to frequent business trips and have good stress resistance.
